Build a quick QC checklist
- Confirm the exact size, model, color and included parts.
- Compare overall shape, alignment and visible condition.
- Request one measurement or detail image that resolves the buying decision.
What a useful QC checker should do
A QC checker should narrow attention. It should not suggest that every visible product can be approved from three generic photos. Start by confirming that the warehouse record matches the order: product, variant, size, color, quantity and accessories. Then check the visible facts that matter for that category.
For footwear, compare left and right shape, heel alignment, outsole bonding and the actual length measurement. For clothing, check flat measurements, seams, print or embroidery placement and visible fabric flaws. For bags, inspect structure, zipper paths, handles, strap anchors, interior and hardware. For electronics, confirm the exact model and contents before requesting a basic power, charging or connection test when available.
Use a decision-first photo request
When the standard images leave uncertainty, write down one question before asking for another photo. “Is the logo correct?” is broad. “Photograph the front logo straight-on, close enough to read the full mark, with the ruler visible beside it” creates a clearer evidence request. Measurements also need defined endpoints: name the two points the ruler should connect and ask for the entire scale to remain visible.
If the photos confirm the ordered variant, the important measurements and acceptable visible condition, proceed. If one fact remains unclear, request targeted evidence. If the images show a material mismatch or defect, pause shipment and check the available return or exchange route.
QC photos have limits
Images document visible information under specific lighting and camera conditions. They do not guarantee authenticity, hidden construction, long-term durability, exact color on another screen or performance that was not tested. Treat a photo as evidence for a defined observation—not a blanket certificate of quality.
Do the check before international shipping
The warehouse stage is the practical point for comparison, clarification and any eligible after-sales action. Once items are packed and sent internationally, reversing a mistake becomes slower and more expensive. Save the order details, warehouse images, any requested measurements and the final accept-or-return decision together.
LitBuy QC checker FAQ
What should every QC review include?
Confirm identity and variant, then inspect category-specific shape, construction, measurements, visible defects and included accessories.
How many extra photos should I request?
Request the smallest number that resolves separate decisions. One precise image is more useful than several vague requests.
Is this the official LitBuy inspection service?
No. This is an independent planning tool. Confirm available services and current terms in the live account.
